At Laser Craft Lab, every item is custom-crafted with precision. Please review our processing times and delivery options below to understand how your order is handled.

Order Processing Options

  • 1. Priority Shipping (1 – 7 Business Days)

    • Processing Time: Your order will be manufactured, engraved, and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 7 business days (excluding holidays and official seasonal breaks).

    • Important Note: This timeframe applies strictly to our internal production and handling time before the package is handed over to the courier—it does not guarantee delivery to your doorstep within 7 days.

  • 2. Standard Shipping (5 – 14 Business Days)

    • Processing Time: Your custom piece will be processed and prepared for shipment within 5 to 14 business days (excluding holidays and official seasonal breaks).

    • Important Note: This covers our standard production queue and handling prior to dispatch.

  • 3. Secure & Insured Shipping (Priority + Insurance)

    • Processing Time: Treated with priority status and dispatched within 1 to 7 business days.

    • Full Coverage: This parcel is fully insured up to €250.

    • Mandatory Claim Requirement: To qualify for a full refund or replacement in case of transit damage, the recipient must record an uninterrupted video while opening the package in the presence of the courier/delivery agent. This video serves as mandatory proof for insurance claims.

Transparent Shipping Rates & EU Dispatch

  • Dispatched from the European Union: All orders are packaged, secured, and shipped directly from within the EU.

  • Fair Pricing Policy: Because ceramic tiles and stone vary significantly in weight, shipping fees reflect actual courier costs based on exact package metrics and destination—we do not add extra markups.

  • Calculated by Thickness, Size, and Weight: There are no rigid rules for shipping costs. Depending on tile thickness and dimensions, a single larger tile might be thinner and lighter than two smaller, thicker tiles—making it cheaper to ship.

  • Location Differences: Final costs are calculated live at checkout based on the package weight, volume, and destination country (e.g., shipping to Germany may cost less than shipping to the UK).

Payment

We currently offer the following payment options:

  • 1. Bank Transfer – No Additional Fee
    • Payment can be made directly to our bank account.
    • No additional payment fee is charged for bank transfer.
    • Your order and selected products will be reserved for 5 days.
    • The complete bank account payment details will be available directly in your Order History, under the details of the respective order.
    • If the payment is not received within these 5 days, the order will be cancelled and the reserved products will be released.
  • 2. PayPal – Additional Fee Applies
    • Payment can also be made through PayPal.
    • A PayPal payment fee applies and will be added to the order total where applicable.
    • The applicable PayPal fee is displayed during the payment process.

Important: Bank transfer is the fee-free payment option. PayPal payments are subject to the applicable PayPal fee.
