Return & Refund Policy
Because every item at Laser Craft Lab is custom-made to order with your specific graphics, text, or photos, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or customer design errors.
1. Custom & Personalized Items

Final Sale: All custom-engraved products are non-refundable once production has started or after you have approved the digital mockup.

Customer Accuracy: Please double-check all custom text, spelling, and image quality before submitting your order or approving the mockup. We are not responsible for typos or low-resolution images provided by the customer.
2. Damaged Goods in Transit (Insured Shipping)
If your order arrives damaged or broken due to transport, you are covered under our replacement policy provided the following condition is met:

Mandatory Video Proof: For orders placed with Secure & Insured Shipping, you must record an uninterrupted video while opening the parcel in the presence of the delivery agent/courier.

Claim Process: Send the unboxing video and photos of the damaged item to our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will immediately produce and dispatch a replacement piece at no extra charge.
3. Manufacturing Errors or Faults
If we make a mistake that differs from your approved design mockup or if the item has a material defect:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with clear photos of the issue.

If the error is on our end, we will issue a full replacement or a complete refund.
